Formed in Pokhara, Nepal, The Edge Band has been a cornerstone of Nepali pop-rock since the early 2000s. Known for their soul-stirring melodies, emotional lyricism, and signature blend of rock and acoustic sounds, the band has earned a dedicated following across Nepal and the international Nepali diaspora. Fronted by vocalist Jeewan Gurung, whose distinctive, deep voice anchors many of their greatest hits, The Edge Band continues to resonate with listeners through timeless anthems of love, heartbreak, and nostalgia like "Thaha Chaina", "Mero Aashu", and "Yo Thahama".
