Kabaddi 5

About this Movie

Kabaddi 5 came as a surprise to most fans because Kabaddi 4: The Final Match in 2022 was heavily promoted as the end of the line for Kaji’s story. But Ram Babu Gurung and the team decided there was still more juice left in the Mustang village dynamic. The story picks up with Kaji (Dayahang Rai) trying to finally move past his endless, bad-luck pursuit of marriage and local politics. Just when he thinks he can settle into a quiet life in Nangi village, old rivalries and fresh troublemakers force him right back into the center of chaos. Quick Take: Starring: Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Miruna Magar, Bijay Baral, and Buddhi Tamang, with Bipin Karki joining the mix. Director: Ram Babu Gurung Setting: The iconic mountain landscapes of Mustang, Nepal. Release: Oct 23 2026. If you enjoyed the banter between Kaji, Chhantyal (Bijay Baral), and his sidekicks in the earlier films, this installment doubles down on that same local flavor and tongue-in-cheek humor.
